My career in printing started over 35 years ago in Houston, Texas. After several years in the trade, I had the opportunity to move to Puerto Rico, where I opened my first printing company. Three years later I moved to Brazil where I opened a new printing company and also brokered printing for a year and a half.

Upon returning to the USA, I located in Atlanta and started Christian Brothers Printing with two friends/business partners. We did business as Brothers Printing. I sold my interest eleven years later. By this time we were a full service commercial printing company and had grown from three employees and one press to more than 40 employees and five million in sales.

After Brothers Printing I opened a print brokering company in 1995. I had several other ventures while owning the brokerage company including a service bureau, a website development company, and a publishing/marketing company. In my career, I have handled many thousands of very diverse printing projects using offset printing, digital printing, screen printing, flatbed printing, ink jet printing, variable data printing, and web offset printing.

More than 20 years ago I was first referred to as The Printing Doctor and my caricature was born.
